Thank you for your kind words, thoughts, and feedback! I did have a good time for the Holidays. I will extend my time for my head studies, because I want to focus on fundamental understanding of the structure and form of the head with other forms of study, not just simply quickly sketching it. Though, I can iterate on that for my anatomy post this week.
My line quality is something I'll be working on throughout the year, since it seems to be more of a longer-term skill. It is better to have one crisp line over several loose ones.
Here are my Art Studies for this week. My Initial theme for these are Winter Landscapes / Animals for the month of January. Afterwards for each consecutive month, there'll be a new theme. I took around 15 Min. - 30 Min. on each of these ( I might take more time right now since these are still new, and I want to focus more on quality work and good observation ). One big struggle for me is being able to use the smudge tool for effective blending, and that's something I'll focus on more.
