Hey everyone Here's my Anatomy Update for the week!

I put in more work this week, and I feel a bit better about my understanding of the different muscle groups of the chest and back. Perhaps going further and further away from literal photo paintovers and just using them as reference as I draw the muscle groups from any angle would accelerate my understanding like crazy I'll try this out next week and see what I can create

Hi Joe, I'm new here and I tried to see everything you've posted from the start. Super impressed with the progress, it's inspiring for me. I can learn a thing or two from you, especially with gesture drawing. I spent too much time on details so it's hard for me to do the 30 sec or 1 min studies.. it drives me insane because the time ends and I'm still usually on one part of the body Keep up the work, you're doing great!

Here is the final update for the Ocean Art Studies My next major theme until the end of June will be Deserts

I'll be making some changes to my updates moving forward:
1. I'll be posting Perspective Updates on Saturdays ( 1P, 2P, etc. )
2. I'll be posting Anatomy Updates on Sundays ( each week will be a different portion of the body )
3. The Observational Drawing Updates will now be part of the Lighting Updates on Wednesdays ( OD, Life Drawing, Lighting Studies, etc. )

Otherwise, I'll keep on with a TERM Update each month and Bi-Weekly Art Study Posts on Fridays

Here's the Fundamentals / Perspective Update It's super short because for some reason I had a technical difficulty where I wasn't able to open up my PSD files on the cloud, so I had to basically start over today.

Here's the Anatomy Update for last week! I got sick out of the blue on Sunday so I took a step back and recovered. I went for some Imagination practice this time ( again, this is basically me drawing completely from imagination with no reference whatsoever -- this helps me gauge my current understanding of the anatomy itself )
