Yo love that bokeh and stylization
Depending how realistic you want her to be, the chin is quite pointy (like in anime) and usually is about as wide as the mouth
Her right nostril looks off to me, i can tell the construction was there but something with the lighting makes it seem to go โdeeperโ than the other one
I think given the light angle the shadow under her lips, aa it reaches the left commissure makes her lips seem a bit too extruded or tubular
I think the light hitting her upper cutaneous lip (the skin under the nose) looks too desaturated in comparison to the rest of the scene lighting and makes her look a little pale there. Might consider also to merge shadows and reduce detail on the figureโs right side and nose shadow
Im still a noob, but I am dealing with a lot of heads right now ๐ so take with a grain of salt and hopefully some of it may help you
