I haven't been drawing as much as I'd like to due to me being under the weather.
But I got a random urge to draw something so here's a look at what I'm working on.

Quick update on the drawing, I think I'm done with the linework for now.
I just need to figure out how I'll go about the shading/rendering.
Added some flats.
I'll try rendering it tomorrow.

I started rendering the hair and realized it's a bit to realistic and now I feel bummed for putting so much effort into it, just for me to not like it :,)
I feel like it looks better with just the flat colours.

I finally finished this piece.
I spent way to much time on it.
Still a lot to improve on but I'm happy with the outcome.
Yo great job on these forms and on the portrait rendering experimentation. Actually liked the cel shaded look on the first try best for some reason but definitely don’t sweat it, just keep experimenting and having fun with rendering styles until you find what you like

I also really liked how the cel shading looked like but I struggled a bit with the hair.

I'm sorry for not posting in a bit, I got distracted with this new drawing.
I have started with practicing noses and eyebrows and will post them as soon as I'm done!

On the 2/3rds view the nose tip would be closer to the outline of the cheek, as it is, it looks a little flat - like it’s going straight down vertically

I started rendering her dress and adding some basic shading. Its supposed to be a velvet dress so I hope I got that down.
I'm not sure if the dress is to dark and hard on the eyes? If so I'd love any recommendations on how I can maybe fix it.
