Nice work. You tend to pick some really nice colors in your pieces. The character you have here has a really nice face. You seem to have a nice gesture in this piece as well which is good. Also you have some nice shapes. What I would recommend working on is the anatomy, proportions, lighting, form and materials.
When it comes to the anatomy and proportions of the piece, the head felt really big, while the legs felt really short here. Originally I believe she was only five heads tall. In a quick paint over I did, the character is one head size bigger.
I can only assume that the pants are a latex material. If yes, then look at some reference of latex pants and apply it to your piece. Same thing goes for any of the other materials you want.
Now onto lighting, I'm not sure where you want your light to come from. It seems like you have a sun light coming from the top right, as well as the top left. It seems like you have a ambient sky light here as well which is giving you the purple shadows. Just try to simplify things and add one light source at a time.
Another thing I noticed was that the background style and the character style are different. They don't feel like they belong together. The background doesn't feel painterly like the character does. The background feels detached from the character. In some of your other paintings like the witch on the broom; the background works because it seems hand painted like the character, instead of a texture brush doing 90% of the work. Even if you used some texture brushes in that piece, you blended things really well so everything looks to be done in the same style.
And before I forget, I lighted up the shadows of the hair. They seemed really black(even though they weren't and attracted to much attention.
Lastly, it seems you are really inspired by Kienan Lafferty but you have your own twist on the rendering and some other things which is a good thing. Just try to reference from other as well which i can only assume you do looking at other works..
Keep up the good work and I look forward to more. Hope this helps.
I know these are rough but hopefully they help with a few things visually.
