I'm just on the forums a lot because 1. I really love them and 2 because I'm a mod. So i'm checking the forums a lot which makes me check my page a lot as well. As well as seeing what others are up to.
Should hopefully finish this soon. Design changed again. I wanted a mix of fantasy and scifi like my previous character. I can't stick to one thing. Even if I did 50 thumbs I would still somehow not find anything I 100% like and have to start from scratch. So working organically like this is better for me.
Still working with ratio's of detail and rest. I can probably fix things with colors like I did with my previous character but will see. I'm planning something cool for this so stay tune.
It seems to be coming along nicely! I'm looking forward to see more progress.

Damn @malcom i see you produce a lot, i wish i had that much time or i was that fast, if you dont mind can i ask you... How old are you?
I'm 21 turning 22. I don't personally think I'm fast. I feel extremely slow. When It comes to time, don't think about it much and just try to be focused or getting lost into your work. Pomodoro Technique is something I use to get work down sometimes. It allows for breaks in between as well.
Sometimes i feel like i want to go too fast because i'm only 18 but, I'm really impatient so...about dividing your time, i think its great, maybe i should do it sometimes to avoid getting over saturated.(btw, random thing... I love this website)
Yea dividing your time can be very helpful. Also I'm glad you love the website. I love it as well. Here's my sketch for the weekly so far. Here comes a new "thing"

@joycew-art glad you like it. I was going for something a bit alien. More like aliens and human hybrid. The arrival of a new creation/creature was my idea for this.
Started values on this last guy. Would've done more but shoveling snow is tiring. Feels like there is still more to do design wise but I like to so far. Feedback always welcomed.
Newest wip so far. Almost done(70% there). Going to keep this on in a value state. Not going to add colors most likely. Feedback always welcomed. Also I know the right arm and hand is huge. Going to change that.
Probably won't keep the background but this is almost done. Getting bored of it so I'm going to try to finish this quickly.

Sorry for the late reply. Recovering from a really bad cold. I honestly didn't even know the guy you mentioned name before. I just recently saw the trailer for the new 2017 movie that was coming and fused that with my main inspiration I got off of Katsuya Terada art and another piece of art I saw while looking for inspiration. My last inspiration was a character named gigas form my favorite fighting game serise Tekken. Anyway I'll be back posting again once I recover. It's been almost a week and I haven't drawn anything. I want to change that soon.
