These were my first attempts with Substance Painter and Low Poly modeling. I was following along with an awesome tutorial by Tim Bergholz. Check Him Out if you're interested in trying Substance Painter.
I've always wanted to try the whole painting over a kit-bashed model workflow, so with 8 hours left in the Ghost in the Shell challenge, I decided to randomly wing it, figuring I probably wouldn't even finish.
After about 2.5 hours of kit-bashing, 2 hours of installing and troubleshooting Keyshot, 1 hour of rendering (My computer's kinda old and slow), and 2.5 hours of overpainting, I managed to finish with about 10 minutes left.
It's definitely made me re-think what can be accomplished in a day.
Apparently on the Substance Share website, you can also share models.
I decided to play around with one by Andreas Stromberg. model
