Terence looks good! For some reason the thick outline and strong hatch reminded me of the original BW TMNT comics.

Great job al around

I really like the composition on castle and your character has a really strong solid look 👍 I think he has a strong silhouette under the heavy outline, only thing I’m not sure about is the taper right at his glutes

I had an idea for 'angel'. It was going fine but it changed into demon. I had different plans for demon but I will go with this one. I feel like my sketches are cleaner.

I colored Spider Lady. Colors are finally working. I used Agibail Larson art as reference for it. At first I was going for purlish blue with red but it felt too obvious so I changed it. I didn't want to cover inking. I thought about changing webs in background but I left them.

I may have started a painting... Well there goes my inktober. I just wanted to change background color and it just happened

This time using Anato Finnstark and Dominik Mayer as a guide

I will add some stuff like spikes or veins to make him more demonic. Change sword. I still don't know what to do with his left arm I changed it a few times but it all feels weird so it just floats there

I would show the lineart version but I forgot to copy the layer before adjusting it once I started painting so it is in a mess now

I don;t know why when I make the clean sketch it just becomes stiff. First sketch is usually dynamic, more alive but adding actual muscles and stuff makes it disappear

That's what happens when you want to draw too many weapons at the same time

Update I made detailed muscles on arms just to cover them. I know that I tend to make too much details so I made part flatter. I think it is better this way.

I want to make it feel more like a traditional painting. So I put some visible brushstorkes where background meets character. Also I am trying out some textures and photos. the effect is pretty nice

Did some quick studies today. First one is gesture - figure - imagination. Second is trying out perspective and rotating pose. It was rough and quick just to get the hang of it. I did get some help from 3d models.

And I think Demon is done. I changed clothe it was bothering me. How do you see this change?

And now I see that I should change the right horn is too close to the moon/sun thing

I like the women with the dress. The shading is pretty good.
Nice work on the demon. Is the sword supposed to be white?
I have never heard of Anato Finnstark and Dominik Mayer. They might be interesting to look into.

Prompt 'saddle' Elfin saddle is the name of this mushroom. This was done pretty quickly. I could finally use studying mushrooms for somtehing

Tried working with layers which I hate. I always get lost with them forget and draw on wrong one etc. I usually work on one and use brushes with blending modes if needed. I painted on top of that to fix and smooth some parts
