Hello everyone, it has been over two weeks already since I was able to start TERM 1 from Marc Brunet Course Art School program. I will try to use this post to show some progress, is this how you all do it, right? I hope I am in the right category.

Cheers to everyone, I am very excited to show some progress this week.

You are indeed in the correct place! Welcome to the forums Sriventus I look forward to seeing your progress!

1 year later

Hello dear Community. Over more than a year being completely away from the forum due to several reasons. But here I share with you my first assignment practicing with pen pressure control. Does anyone know how to make the pressure more sensitive to look like a "flame" shape. It does not seem to work on my pen while pressuring. I have a wacom intuos pro.

Hello and welcome

hmm that's odd, what app are you working with? I would double check pressure settings on the wacom tablet driver settings, on the app, and the brush settings for your particular brush being used

cheers

I am currently working from my notebook with Photoshop CS6 and the wacom intuos pro. I checked the settings but i may not know properly how to make settings ideal for pen pressure. I mean the pen pressure is activated but maybe there is something I do not know how to set up. I am not sure...I keep trying..and it does pressure but it is not consistent as I see on the examples or in other artists journeys.

Try going into your wacom tablet settings app and play with the sensitivity curve, then in photoshop make sure you use a simple default brush like the hard round brush, then turn on pressure opacity or pressure size and try again. Also clip studio has excellent general tablet tutorials I highly recommend checking the website out

cheers
