Hello everyone!

I'm Sergio, I'm from Madrid (Spain, Europe), I'm 37 and I've been working as a graphic designer and illustrator for more than 15 years.

I've been improving myself over the years and through work, but never really took classes of some sort for illustration (I did for graphic design though). So everything I learned has been self-taught.

However, I've reached a point where I think I'm really stuck and not improving at all in my own style and/or skills and decided to join ArtSchool when it launched, almost two years back, because I followed Marc's work previously and thought it would be really interesting.

As always, life decided to interfere (maybe that's the excuse I tell myself to justify my lack of motivation) and my job (Art Director mostly focused on Graphic Design) really drained my will to do this course or even draw after work. I did InkTober last year and thought I was going to die.

But I've finally decided to complete this for improving my style, my skill, my portfolio and, with a little bit of luck, maybe start my own brand. If we are going to dream, let's better dream high.

I really hope to not give up again along the way, and I'm counting on you, guys, for your help. I will always appreciate your feedback and critic (as harsh as they can be) because what really makes me want to work is the feedback itself.

I'm counting on you, guys!

Hola Sergio :raised_hands:
Hope you'll find some people here to help you with your creative career.
In any case, I will help as far as I can, although I am only at the beginning, perhaps I hope that I can give some useful criticism or advice

Welcome to the forum! Same city and almost same age as you. Won´t be giving much feedback myself as i´m a beginner, but there´s a lot of great artists here who give great feedback, and make sure to join the facebook group and the discord server, especially the discord has been highly motivational for me.
