Just been doodling a bit to loosen up and get a feel for the tablet, although honestly I don't even feel it exists anymore while I draw, I just draw so I guess that's a good thing
Also landed onto making this concept, don't know if I have the skill to see it through yet XD

It's like a hot cyborg girl fighting a trash machine thing with a snakey spine

Woahh this looks really cool!! kinda wish you'd render it fully also congrats on your new tablet, having a larger space to draw on is honestly just the best feeling when you come from only having a small drawing space. I still have my old smaller wacom and I can't remember how I ever managed to draw properly with a space that small

The new tablet really is liberating when compared to the tiny intuos XD and I will see if I get back to that concept for sure, I have a lot of ideas that cross my head, just no easy way to get them on paper or canvas yet - but I will get there!

So, today has been another very heavy work day, so I only had time for some pencil doodling during short breaks at work, please forgive the image quality (it's hard to picture graphite drawings)

And I'm off to do some digital studies now

So starting today's art with some gestures, doodling to warm up and a figure study (I feel the 2nd attempt is way more accurate but I kinda liked the first attempt so I practiced a little bit of value rendering in both, using full opacity hard brush)

hello everyone, I watched all the videos on anatomy 1 again, reviewing and started the photoshop 2 classes (vectors were admittedly not so fun and I kind of fell asleep in class X_X adult life takes its toll on you I guess) still have to make more feature studies and head studies from reference, but wanted to just try drawing some heads from imagination as well, let me know how I did, any critique highly appreciated

Well done with these studies.
Try flipping your canvas often, it will help you see some things that you can fix and improve. The eyes are not always aligned. I always have this problem and flipping the canvas really helps me.. Other than that, very well done.
