would you recommend a total beginner at that to try it in photoshop directly or some other app? I drew it on procreate

i don't recommend animating in photoshop since its onion skin sucks.. i'd recommend krita if you want to do it on your laptop - and its free. Krita does almost everything i want it to do but i ended up going with clip studio paint since it is better for animating than photoshop (i wanted a all in one) and i didn't wanna pay for subscription anymore so i switched over so i only had to pay once and can draw, animate, and more importantly it has some fancy comic stuff as well. i may use krita for animating again since i reallly like how their animation frames are managed and wished clip studio paint was managed more like that but oh wells nothing is perfect and csp works alright i probs just need to get used to this workflow
