Good practice ! Looking at the head I think the eyes are a little misaligned. Maybe try pushing the one on the right up a bit. Another thing is their shape. This is something that I struggle to do from imagination as well. Drawing the eyeball and then drawing the eyelids wrapping around it it can help when figuring out the shape. Example :

All good ideas. What I'm doing with increasing frequency is draw things a bit bigger, then scale down to fit where the pieces should go. For example, I'll do a hand bigger than it should during sketching, then scale down and rotate/flip as need to fit it in place.

I'm also trying to use some of the color exercices to refresh some of the basics. The basics and proportions really have a very strong impact on the quality of the end image, even more so than the finer details.

Sup Snakker, as others pointed out, my piece of feedback is regarding mostly the eyes and head shape/position. Did a poorly drawn example to illustrate better what i mean.

EDIT: Forgot to say it, but the fold study from before looks goddamn gorgeous, good job!

Just want to add that when drawing from reference, isnot completely necessary to copy every detail as it is on the picture. Sometimes is more about how you can break down the picture into shapes, rather than every bit of folding on a dress, or curvy fats on the body. Just a thought, you are doing great.

I'm loving these, and considering these are just from imagination, this is impressive!
These are great practice pieces! The posed face looks great and it may be a good exercise to compare it to a photo reference of someone screaming or shouting to notice any details that add to expression.

Skull constructions X_X and then making heads from the skulls
Again, probably many mistakes, but I need to keep training my head to think in 3D and just memorize the constructions so that later when i use the reference I don't just mindlessly copy

Hey everyone, gotta admit, current appalling world affairs have unfortunately taken an emotional toll on me, I don't want to start any political discussions here so I'm gonna leave it at that, but yeah, haven't done much art due to that appart from some pencil sketches here and there

Anyhow, here are a couple of studies from today

And something interesting I learned: don't just draw what you see as you see it, instead, understand what you are drawing and communicate it through your art - sometimes that means exaggerating, and everything you do should be trying to transmit the idea you are seeking to transmit
