No time for a character study today, Christmas dinner and all that. Did study ants though. 
Term 1 - Week 3 Character Study 3 and 4
Today's character/line study. I need to work on my line quality and just in general take more confident strokes. A lot of my lines are just cobbled together, drawn over and erased bit by bit until it look decent-ish. Problem is then that the linework is just not very tight and there are artifacts everywhere.
Just gotta keep practicing. <3

DrawAlong with LinesSensei
After todays daily tasks I decided to do a draw-along with LinesSensei, going with the process gave some cool insight into how to do cleaner lines, non-destructive shading and other bits and bobs like post-processing.
Probably wont retain much of what was done as most of it went over my head. Not really the level I'm at myself, but it was cool to have a peak at what can be with the right knowledge.
Term 1 - Week 4 Proportion Daily Assignment
First one was with a guide, second with reference and third with no reference. Struggling with the knee area mostly, can never really line up the U shape for the knee properly, have to resize it after I've placed the leg.
Dang, I'm impressed by the sheer number of gesture drawings here! You're really grinding those things out.
Hey thanks! I'm trying to teach myself that they're not supposed to be very precious, and hopefully in the process get more loose and well, gestural with them.
Term 1 - Week 5 - Nude Figure Drawing Assigment 4
Mannequins done with reference on the side rather than drawing ontop of them. Overall they're OK I think. The pose is there but some of the underlying structures have issues. Mainly the oval for the rib-cage is way to short and the neck is too long.
