Set in a post apocalyptic world, survivors have built into an old battleship that was once slammed into a Dam wiping out the city down river.
The inhabitance of 'The City of the Dammed' reflect its dirty, rough exterior. Water, food and credits lure wanders of all kinds. However the drugs, gambling and woman keep them, slowly corrupting the occupants as they become reliant on the comforts not easily found in the wastes.

No problem! Seems like a lot of people are using boats and dams this time, lol. Even my submission is going to be at the Hoover Dam! It'll be really fun seeing one of ours be the winners! Dams are probably one of the most interesting places for a city to be built around, that's for sure.
Haha that is very strange! Here was me thinking dams wouldn't be all that popular... Look forward to seeing all the others!
