Hi guys! First time posting, thought a challenge would be the perfect opportunity. Not much to show at the moment, just a Mood Board (below) but it should show the kind of direction I'm looking at. Going the Sci Fi route, with the old world all overgrown and dilapidated and the new world built on, around and possibly through it.
Should have something more concrete up within the next few days.

Ok so I knocked up some thumbnails, just trying to get a feel for composition. Will probably pick one and run with it soon.

3D tests done for 2 comps. Think I prefer the 1st one at the minute but we'll see. Comments, critiques, ideas etc welcome.

So I got bored with the previous comps, decided to go for something different.
With the surface air completely scorched and the cities uninhabitable, man looked down. Creating gigantic colonies that bored down through the earth, humankind survived.

3 different camera angles as I wanted some variety, thinking maybe the 2nd or 3rd at the minute.

You guessed it, there's a new comp! Already halfway through painting this one though so it's definitely the final one!

Hey, looks like you've got a pretty cool idea going here! If I were to give some critique, I'd say that the cityscape popping up on the top left side seems a little off. To me it looks like a really small version of a cityscape from a straight ahead angle just pasted in there, so it could be worth it to see how it looks both with and without it. I'd love to see how the actual painting progress is going
