I have no experience with 3D modeling, so I may be of little help.

From looking at the concept art, I feel the concept is more top heavy than the model (slightly larger breasts.) As for the face, it looks like the model has a much more angular face than the concept. Maybe adjust the planes of the face around the cheeks and experiment. with the jawline a bit.

But maybe I am just garbage and have no idea what I am talking about. But it's still a very attractive model and looks good.
