I've been busy with university so i couldn't start this project until the other day.
I started off trying to do something a bit strange but yet mantaining that realistic feel. I didn't want crazy armours or gigantic weapons.
Here are some thumbnails i did with this in mind and some further exploration of 3 thumbnails.
I wasn't really happy with these.
i tried to think at the most epic thing that could happen in a battlefield and i came up with the vision of a beautiful angel surrounded by light ascending from the skies and taking your side in battle.
I know it's not the most original concept but i'm running out of time and i liked the idea of drawing an angel.
I started off with some thumbnails, again trying to avoid overly ridiculous looking armours and weapons.
I was happy with 1 and 6 the most so i started from there.
Some more explorations.
This is what i came up with so far. Feedback is welcome. I'm going to try some more variations with this one. Bow and Halo are just placeholders didn't really think about them yet.
