Really liking the phoenix design, it's a pity it doesn't play much of a part in the illustration, at the moment it's barely in the frame. It would be great if we could see a lot more of it, instead of it being crammed in at the top like that.

You have a couple days!!! I think this is my favorite entry (I've seen, though haven't had time to look at them all!) Of course, I'm super biased to these particular shades of purple & blue, so that may be part of it, lol. I do really love how you got the smokiness of the phoenix, and would love to know if you drew it that way by hand, or if it's a special technique or filter that helps with it?
