The character's kind of a lizard, so here are some faces trying to nail what I had in mind, ultimately the rightmost face seems the most fitting.
Then some full bodies, with a frilled neck poncho 
and beneath, where he keeps his many guns, and an extra pair of arms; there'll also be another gun on the tail. 
Very cowboy-eske, I'm also thinking of a more post-apocalyptic one.
