An individual with the power to cause a change of state in non organic material (water to ice or to steam, stone to lava to dust, etc). Not the physically strongest but an excellent tactician.

Starting with the head. I am going for a slim and tall but somewhat spindly design. Hoping to show that the character perfers to use their ability and mind rather than hand to hand combat. I'm also kind of split between making a suit that is inspired by an extreme temperature suit or going for more of the unrealistic but cool looking side of things . . . we'll see. Hopefully I have enough time to finish this
Trying to figure out a pose/setting for final image. While he prefers to pull strings from the shadows Paradigm Shift is more than capable in an outright fight as his ability is very versatile. Creating shields out of water vapor and solid oxygen while destroying buildings or weapons close to him by turning them to their liquid form. I'm going to aim for a chaotic composition with walls collapsing and reforming and enemies figures and objects being thrown around but a stable center with PS standing sort of like a conductor orchestrating the destruction around him.
