Pretty cool 
1 and 3 stand out the most to me (maybe with a preference for 3)
Potential in all of them. I think I like 2 and 3 the most at this stage

Thank you @serovero , yeah the first three for me are my favorite, I've made the decision to go for the second one. Mainly because of the big head, 
Spor - Sketch
What was running in my mind was fungus being the source of his power. I was also thinking of his past form and how I can show reference of that, that said - I put the skull of his former self in chest, that helps spread the fungus to control victims as well as the plant in his back. Notice how small the skull is, that's because he is bigger than when he was human.
I think the dark green color palette is what comes to mind when I look at the character.
Magic the gather just had fungus monsters art in their expansion called dominaria. There might be some ideas if you wanna check

@serovero yeah I agree, I was also think of combining the first and second pallet and the third one being the accent, but will see how that goes.

This is me further exploring the character, I was think of sketching infected people as well... I think I just might in my next post.

This is me exploring, the more I draw the more I conceptualize. The reason I worked on infected people also influences my final piece, what do you guys think, any ideas?
