The head is fantastic.. I give here hard critic, some one has to say it.

make them look scarier if the camera is looking to him up.
He look like 1,75 cm big right now.

I thought you gonna do a dragon-like creature, I am disappointed with the tail is not a weapon by his own, make the body bigger. he should be scarier than a crocodile. I would stay away from humanoid structure. but this detail is upto you.
Make humans be scared from him, with Fire, Teeths , laws and his smartness. Please don't give him a Club, that don't works, Ogers use it because they can't produce better things. if you like weapons make this arms or tails like black swords.
Now I see he has wings but make them bigger he need to fly with them.
You have research big flying animals like the sea eagle. I don't believe in that you creature is air strike monster. If you comfortable to make big changes this is the time for it.

First Ill start off by saying thank you for your critique. Much appreciated.

Few things to acknowledge of your critique before going into a response.

Theres zero camera angle picked out for this character right now. Whether its looking up or down or sideways has yet to be decided.
He looks 1.75 cm big because theres nothing to compare him to. You could say that about anything if it was standing by itself. I feel its a pretty good assumption that its huge without having to draw a little tiny silhouette of a human next to him in the progress threads.
The thread says nothing about a dragon. It says "Oni" "Wyvern" "Behemoth"
Its not a club. Its a Kanabo which is the iconic weapon of an "ONI" Another iconic characteristic of an Oni is the curved demon teeth.
His wings have been altered already and I made them tattered and destroyed ( Havent posted yet) The whole point of little wings is the entire reason his body and arms are so muscular in nature which I already stated in earlier posts. (Being locked away, having to use his body more, couldn't fly etc)

Now that I have addressed those parts of your critique, I can address the rest. In a way your critique reminds me of a college student in art school. You might be a student. I don't know. I see this kind of critique all the time and theres nothing wrong with what you said. The point of a critique is not to address so many things that you would like to see instead to the point where its no longer that persons piece of artwork. Are you helping them or are you helping you? Are you telling them to change all of those things because its something you would rather see or is it because you genuinely believe that they will benefit from altering and going all the way back to the beginning of their process to change those things.

The point of this project is not to create a common big fire breathing dragon. None of that fits what I put in the mood board nor is it the goal of this project. When you give a critique of that nature it would be best to look at what that persons goals and intentions are. It wasn't something that "needed" to be said. Rather it was just something you would rather see. Regardless of all of this I value your opinion/feedback and hope you continue to critique in the future. Im glad you like the head. I learned here a lesson. I will address that in my other critiques.

You are right I do projecting that I wanna see, a dragon. I didn't know about japanese mythology and the Oni. The Wyvern & Behemoth are indeed also not a flying monster.

Thanks for for critiquing guideline advice. Was for me not so obvious.

Yeah i think the wings was a good choice! Looking back at the older post it felt like something was missing. Now it feels complete. Just needed those wings!

Spent some time refining areas. Not a drastic difference but I'm at the point of being done on the sculpting end. I took a break and came back to it but I just don't want to do anymore to it at this phase. Kind of tired of looking at it and it seems like the more I touch on it the less it improves lol. Im going to start retopologizing it now so I can start texturing it in substance painter. I did a couple of quick renders to show where I'm at currently. Cont'd: I added cracks in one or two of the beads and made one broken. I just dont want to re render it for that. Itll show later

Saved off a separate Zbrush file and decided to cut it up a little bit for 3D printing. I've been wanting to try this out for a while now, Now to retopologize the original one.

Thanks man! @DragonicSculptor Im not sure what you mean by process for hi res stuff but for the cutting up part I used a subtractive boolean method. Its kind of pain actually. Took me a while to learn. I watched a live video demonstration on it a while back. I think its on youtube actually.

By high res process do you mean like how did I get to that point? I used zspheres to just block out the general shapes of it and then I just dynameshed it right away and started sculpting on it. Lots of dynameshing actually. Normally I would do a cleaner method with zremesher and subdividing with better geo but I just didn't this time. I felt that it was a faster and dirtier approach. lol
