Step 1. Moodboard and references
My champion from the lightning faction
KOLYA "SEMICONDUCTOR"
Dossier on the champion:
Gender: male
Age: uncertain. On passport for fifty
Profession: electrician
Character: gloomy
Super-power: charges batteries by right hand; drinks without getting drunk; stops the electricity meters; electrocutes at will.
Favorite activities: smoke cigarettes and stay away from the foreman
Phobias: does not like birds. People too. Hates harpies doubly.
History:
Kolya worked as an ordinary electrician, until one day he ignored precautions. He climbed a lamp post in a thunderstorm, for which he received a full charge of lightning through his right hand. Survived. He acquired half-strength for a half of his body, the nickname "Semiconductor" and even more irritation from presence of people nearby.
Kolya can fix electrical appliances by the power of thought, to swear in three languages and to disappear when the foreman appears in sight.

That's a funny description and a nice character as well. You've really done a well job
But I'm having trouble understanding what's in the plastic bag ? And he can create electric portals ?

There are glass balls in the bag. Kolya loads the gun with those balls turning 'em into lightning balls.
And yep! He can create portals and disappear when sees enemies or his chief.
P.S.: Also there's a bottle of port wine in the bag. For more accuracy when shooting of course.
