I decide to do water-hero. It would be Big Fish
The "Big Fish" design like that is an unconventional concept. Reminds me kind of a female Roadhog from Overwatch, so far.

I've done several ideas for costume and face. I am not sure which one to choose. My hero should be a bit infernal, maybe ugly but not to much.

Your composition is really cool, if I can give you an advice, be careful with the perspective at her left feet. The feet should be bigger and further from the body, right now it look a bit like she doesn't have a thigh
