Good luck everyone! Concept Art/References:
Sculpting and Retopology in Blender, I will use highpoly sculpts to bake a normal map for the low poly meshes so I can upload the models to sketchfab.
Textured using Substance Painter and PhotoshopFeedback is appreciated!

Basic texturing of the character done, the outfit and the textures will probably change during the process though.

Wow! you did so fast.Is it possible to make several characters for the competition?
I think you have to do the main character and you can add something like an opponent to the final image to add story. @gexogenwork
Adding some imperfections to the clothing & the face
Testing the previously created rig
Some first renders of the posed character
Wow! It's amazing! It's very Lovecraft.
Thank you Jose!
I also think the gun is amazing!. What program did you make it with? You used some "kitbashing"? (I think that's what they call it when they have 3d parts that you can use for n models)
I modeled everything from scratch, all modeling, sculpting and retopology using Blender 2.8, texturing with Substance Painter and Photoshop. I rendered the images with Blender cycles
I like it a lot (I also like the rig you made, you really seem to know how to do everything)
Good sculpt so far
The next step is sculpting the highpoly model for texturing in Substance Painter.
Using masking and alphas to add scales and wrinkles to the creature
