Starting with the details

One recommendation about the composition: it's very rare that composition will work if you hide all focus points near canvas boundaries and keep center of the image empty. Your character is cool, you can move her closer to the thirds, and make a conquistador smaller (in the distance). Right now this is two "stains" of almost the same size. Your progress is fascinating, so I just wanna help you to avoid some mistakes

Thank you, yes i actually disliked my composition, i might change it, its good someone told me before i continue

im rethinking all my illustration , i wasnt happy with my character so i remade it and this is gona be the look she will have in the final illustration.

me encantó el sombrero de talavera!

This is so far, i added engravings in the leather belt ,also amde simpler the "talavera" design of the hat , i thought here less is more, also i added a red "reboso" that was part of the "adelitas" outfit.

Really cool design! Only thing that hits me and takes me out of the image is how she's holding the gun. Her right hand would be really uncomfortable to hold a gun like that and if she's just shot the gun her trigger finger is no where near the trigger. I would maybe consider bringing her right had up so she's holding the gun on the wood and have a bend in her elbow. I would also have her left hand holding the gun as it currently looks like its floating above it not in contact with the gun at all. Great dynamic pose and comp for the image otherwise and some bold colours, be great to see if develop.

this is so far, i hope you all like it

Thnak you, actully that rare position with the arms is very distinctive from the adelitas, i dont know why hahahaha, but that was a popular pose.

Interesting! I wonder what the reasoning behind that is. Images is coming along well, I do not envy the amount of cloth fold rendering your got on your plate.

Hiii guys, this is so far , at the end ill explain all my artistic inpiration inside the mexican art culture, im experimenting with using transparency in my illustration, do anyone know if it is allowed?
(is not finished yet)

Looks really cool! I'm with br00dley that she's holding the gun in a weird way, but if it's something traditional, happy to learn something new! Aside from that, her right arm is a bit longer than her left and the palm is bigger as well.
Looking forward to the finished piece

As for the trasparency - last year (or was it 2 years ago?) someone had asked and it was allowed, however there was a catch. PNGs are bigger in file size and get downscaled automatically (to less than 2048px). I don't know if the site now supports bigger file sizes, but just make sure to check the size of the uploaded images.
