Wow this is amazing. I'm really digging her body shape, it's pretty unique and I don't think I've really seen anything quite like it before when it comes to a hag/witch character. Really looking forward to seeing the finished piece.

Tried to make some clothes blockouts tonight, and brought 'em into modo. Still very rough at this stage, but at least it gives me some ideas to make them properly.

), but there's an interview somewhere on the interwebz with the artists that did the goblin king in the recent-ish hobbit movies, where they talk about the reference they used to make him repulsive (and how consequently "iron" their stomachs got form it haha). It may help give you ideas for high quality reference and implementation. Hope that helps
Also I think her clothes atm covers too much of her strange form, unless you pose her really hunchback-like
