To me the beard (part that sticks down) of the ax head looks too wide and the edge of the ax is pointing too forwards/upwards. It makes it looks sort of clumsy. The edge of the ax should be perpendicularly aligned to the swing line (if you took a string from where the ax pivots in the hand, and used it like a compass to describe a circle through the ax head).

agreeing with unbeltedsundew, plus, and I feel like it's my go to critique, your light response, it all look made of the same material.
The part where the metal attaches to the wood could use smthg more, maybe bcause the handle looks thin compared to the head, looks like it could snap easy.
