Becoming a character designer for Overwatch

I am currently in the process of revamping my portfolio with, mostly, characters and designs aimed at being part of the world of Overwatch. I understand it is extremely competitive, however, after getting rejected dozens of times, that still will not stop me on my quest to join the team!
Follow me on my journey as I post WIPS of my latest pieces along with the final looks (i also have to figure out how to post here correctly so it might look funky at first).
Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated as well as ideas you might want to see!
Here is one of the heroes I've made. I will be posting the other 3 I have so far in the upcoming days!

Here is the second character I made for the world of Overwatch.
I must say, I am kinda worried about the game itself seeing the latest event and the lack of content and communication from the team, whoever, i can't imagine they don't have something big planned seeing as so many have invested in OWL when buying the teams.
Anyway, this character was done with the concept of wanting to see more heroes with a higher skill ceiling and at the same time a hero that is more "Punk" and crazy, kinda going on the vibe of Junkrat.
This is her Bio:
With the advancements in technology and human modifications, there have been those that have become obsessed with "upgrading" themselves, almost like a drug.
Carmelia, having been raised as an orphan in a dangerous part of Madrid, Spain, was always surrounded by struggle and at the same time was constantly being exposed to the amazing advancements in technology that the rich would wear.
This disparity of wealth and accessibility to"upgrading" not only made her despise those in the higher classes but the concept itself of constantly pushing past our biological boundaries as a human became extremely attractive to her.
Due to this, she was constantly looking for ways to steal the best gear possible and either apply it to herself, her partners, or sell it to the hights bidders. This all eventually led to Carmelia becoming the head of one of the largest groups of Human-mechanical-upgrade contraband, and has made her into a celebrity.

Next character, Was done way before we even knew about Zigma, but figured it could be super fun to see a more friendly or "good" hero that is also different from whats already in game.
Bio:
Kadri, was a couple of days old when his family was killed by poachers. But right before he was eliminated, a team from Overwatch came in and rescued him. Though gravely injured, he was taken in by Overwatch and was given the best medical care possible.
As he was the last of its kind, Winston, decided to step in and give Kadri the option of remaining a regular Elephant or go through the genetic changes required to acquire an Intelligence and motor capacity close to Winston's.
After many trials and experiments, Kadri finally completed his transformation. Up until Overwatch was shut down, he was working with his team in protecting endangered species and making sure NONE would have to go through what he did.
For his Skills, he is capable of doing a form of "Stampede" rally with his team, along with being able to impale enemies to the walls with the spear (for a short time). Also capable of creating a shield projection in between two spears he throws at the ground, walls, etc.

its been a while, ive made several characters since then and got to go to lightbox expo. It was a trully amazing experience with a ton of awesome feedback. Here are some of the characters ive made since then. as always, feedback is greatly apreciated.

So, its been a while since i posted, but i have still been working extremely hard on my portfolio.
Here are some of my latest works, fan-made skins for Overwatch based on the Spirits of Christmas from "A Christmas Carol"
I have to admit i am unsure as in to where to go from here, besides just applying to Blizzard and reaching out directly to people. But hopefully, someone replies at some point.
