Sure thing! and....
Welcome to the forums!
In order to help you a bit further I need to ask you a couple questions and you can expand later.
Question 1 - Is this finished?
If yes - great! congratulations!
If no - Is there an artist style you are trying to make your finished artwork look like? Can you provide an example?
Question 2 - Are you working on separate layers for the elements of the artwork?
(i.e.-line work/flats/hair...etc?)
If yes 1- I think you would benefit from doing just a little bit of cleanup. Its fine to use symmetry mode! But that line work still having those "errors" on both sides makes us see it twice...
If yes 2 - Also hair overlapping the wing would add some spacial effect, with the illusion of depth and the line work would look really cool - because you emphasize the shapes that the human brain needs to build the quick read and illusion.
If no - It might get a little hard to clean up but its not impossible. Consider using the cleaned up line art layer -or line work- as the reference for your flats layer.
Technical Critique Overall:
You are only a couple steps away from adding a light source and composing a mood with composition and color. Cool stuff.
Objective Critique
Great place to start.
Naive and Fresh are words that replicate safety - and simplicity. Anything with a sharp or hard angle will make the human brain fight that idea. Things like the feet and hair tips and wing tips, and the corners of the eyes. These elements of the piece enforce the overall shape language idea first for our viewers. Making us feel opposite of what you probably wanted or intended. But they are certainly easy to fix at this stage!

Hello there! So, what would you specifically like me to critique? Your art appears to be unfinished, but I still have a few tips.
First of all, I like her clothes design! Her wings are also interesting. And I love her "Side-Ponytail!"
I'm not sure what art style you are going for, but even a simpler chibi-esque art style can benefit a lot from thicker line art. Some areas can be thicker to indicate a bit of ambient occlusion or darker areas. Your line art is weak and would look better cleaned up. I like the colors you used for this character. But maybe you could also add some shading. I recommend cell shades and a hint of gradients. As for a "Naive and Fresh" personality, try opening her eyes wider. She will have a "Curiosity" expression. Since she's a fairy, you can also add some sparkles, flames, particles, and Will-o-Wisps.
So, in short, nothing is wrong with your art, except that it looks unfinished. It's still too early to know what to critique. Can I please have more information?
But I like the direction this art is heading! Keep it up!
Though the character design is unfinished, it looks great, from the colors to the elf designs to the clothing choices and other details. Once your Linearts are refined, shading is added through characters' skin and clothing, and you finish off with a small rendering of your choice, you'll have an impressive character design.
At least that's what I know from your piece. Keep at it.
