I really dig what you did with your ''Shattering'' piece. I do have a few pointers I'd like to share. Right now her face is viewed slightly from the side, but it feels like her features are placed like it was a front view. I think that there should be a little bit of perspective to the features. I'm not sure how to explain it so I made a small GIF that I hope will make it a bit clearer.
Also, I think that you could really define the shadows some more. It would help show the forms a bit more and makes things a bit more readable. I tried to do it a bit in the GIF. I'm not sure how well it turned out though XD
And lastly, this is more a suggestion, but have you tried playing with the saturation of your color? I guess this was meant to be a monochromatic painting, but it can help create color variation without actually changing color. And it also has the added benefit of allowing you to create points of interests by contrasting low saturation with higher saturation. I just tried with the lips and eyes to see what it could give.
I'm not sure if it's better or worse, or if it even fits what you had in mind, but I just wanted to give you something that you maybe had not thought of.
Anyway, keep up the good work! That Taurus character looks cool so far.
