My name is crystal I’m an artist from Canada, and after doing traditional art on the side for years i wanted to start learning digital art and do it professionally. thank you for any feedback and help on my journey and i hope i can help you all just as much. Here are my term 1 assignments ( please note i am working in clip studio paint and cannot edit photos) also for the first part i am working in a sketch book as I’d like to keep track of figure drawing and gesture drawing improvements as i go!

Love your lines and design!
The only thing that seems a bit off is the angle of her right heel - right now heel looks like it wants to be almost full side view while the toes and rest of the foot and leg indicate more sth like 45' angle
All together your whole sketchbook looks awesome keep it up!

I have been on a massive learning curve these past few weeks and I feel like these pieces best represent my growth during them!

I was mainly trying out new rendering and painting techniques but also learned more on anatomy both face and body and I think you can definitely see progress from the first few character sheets to the last pirate character sheet

These past few weeks have helped me improve so much ❤️ I’m happy with my progress so far and can’t wait to continue to share with you all my journey!
