An old, slightly crazy, but very kind elf priest. He settled in a swamp, which had been battlefield of two armies a long long time. Many people fell at that time and until now their bones are rotting there. He hates death and tries to bring them back to life. Long life and years of seclusion damaged his mind and he no longer sees the difference between the revelation of people and the raising of the undead. He does not understand this, and is happy that the fallen soldiers can again walk in our world.

The first sketches. I want to make the character a little funny and crazy =)

really diggin your concepts! look forward to see more.

Wow, the lamp-staff and the cable-knit scarf kinda make him look like an oversized domovoi) Really nice sketches, please keep it up!

Thanks guys, I'll try. =)
I continue to draw.

I sketched the tone.
I think the basic design of the character is ready.

I'll return to the character a little later. It's time to think about the illustration.

Gosh, are you almost done already? How do you find the time?
Love the concept. Since the challenge calls for a character of war, maybe emphasize that more? I agree however that the guy is really funny, love it. But, where did the lower half of the lamp go... ?

There is a hint of war here but not obvious. It's a little crazy, old priest on the battlefield. He resurrects the fallen wars. But he does not do well and instead raises undead =)
