My vision for a Champion of Darkness and evil itself is Azmond the Blood Knight. Attached is some ideas and sketches I have done so far.
Epic! I love the bulk and mass you've created! He looks like he could destroy things easily.
Some updates for the first sketch and different poses. Went with more open helmet to get more character as the almost closed helmet did not show any face.

Since you have blood in your champion name try to play more with that! it will add a lot to the design!
Looks good! Maybe bring in some darker shadows near the outside of the frame, I feel as though too much attention is being drawn away from the character.
That is one elaborate armour design, stunning . Perhaps play a little with (dark) colours more to highlight details of the armour?

I think I have more or less completed Azmond's armor and weapon design now. Next I'll work on how the armor will look from behind and start working on the final piece after that.
Looks great! I'm interested to see how the illustration is going to look.

Did some linework (alot actually)
Going grayscale for now and going to try what I want to do with the background and foreground. Soon some colours.
Little update. Still got long way to go.
