Name and profile photo

Hello! I have been posting for a while and the photo I have in normal cubebrush still does not appear in the forum, I have seen that happens to many people, can you help me in some way? The profile photo I have in cubebrush it's okay?, and if you can name me "Hotaru" in the forum, it would be perfect! ^^

Same here I've tried contacting directly to cubebrush help center to adress the profile photo but never got any reply and also I've tried waiting and getting rid of the cookies and using another browser, but never worked.

Your name is now changed sorry for the delay.
As far as profile picture goes, their isn't much we can do.
Only thing I can recommend is making sure the photo your using is small enough.
I use 128 x 128 pixel dimensions
