This looks awesome! He has a great silhouette and all the forms read well. Only thing that I think you can work on is his jaw--his teeth seems a little low. Other than that, can't wait to see him textured! Are you going to add a strap for the book?

I am going to add a strap to the book, some chains wrapped around him! I should be finished texturing in a few days!

Textures look fantastic. The color scheme works really well for this character and it's refreshing as well. Looking at it from a distance, I do feel as though the purple hood gets a bit lost in the glowing purple spears. May I suggest darkening the hood to be more the color of the bottom of his drapery. I think it will help to add more contrast and draw more attention to the head.
