Backstory - Brother dies in a fire saving his sister. He doesn't allow his soul to 'rest in peace' as his sister would be all alone to face the dangerous world and so uses her teddy bear, that got damaged in the fire, as a vessel, possessing it. He protects her from the ugly world, fighting for her, covering her eyes with his normal arm when faced with monsters/enemies, slaying them with his grotesque one. He always stands behind her to shield her back, and to prevent her from seeing him.
This will be difficult to illustrate
