ok, thought I'd enter this, seems like a good way to improve and explore some ideas. my initial idea right now will be for the sci-fi team, my idea is going to be a character with an affliction of nightmares that manifest in the real world like some kind of telekinesis, so she has a device that lets her control the nightmares

I always am drawn to the idea of power in unlikely places and I'm going to try and portray that, don't judge a book by its cover etc, I think having it as a little girl with her nightmare manifestations will be a good contrast from the standard idea of strength

just a bit of a mess about to get something out, it's not hitting the mark with what i want to achieve, i'll have to design all the nightmares and try my best to make them menacing/disturbing, i plan to make the girl a lot more innocent

my first design one of the nightmares that will be manifested, i'm going for a bio mechanical sort of style with them to reinforce the scifi feel
