Moth spirits are peacefull creatures brings "light" and do there best to help people in distress. Unless these spirits was deceived and turned into embodiments of revenge and despair.

I really can't explain it, I just love shapes 'cause they are more understandable and clean, I see the result right now unlike deceptive lines. You can work with shapes like sculpture with clay, it's just... comfortably, I think : D

Now I'm free from work and I can spend much more time for this picture
I tried different pallets, and, I think, the second is most interesting, dynamic and emotional

I made more details and tried to find a form of helmet (want something more moth-like)

Beautiful concept! Although if I may point out, I feel like the values of your golden motif, particularly inside the skull's eyes, detract from reading the skull shape, I'd just suggest toning those down, to avoid drowning that great concept of yours in not so relevant details.
Just my humble opinion, keep up the great work!
