Consider looking for other shapes of horns. They seem to fit the theme and compliment the overall shape

Gonna echo baryshpolets and say that the horns idea seemed really effective to me. So on the first page of sketches the horned helmet guy who is basically in the middle really leapt out at me as really cool looking. Though the second of the second page also looks awesome. Keep up the good work!
Character concept is complete, illustration is coming.
About a character: Gall is an ancient priest, who lived centuries ago on the territiry of modern Turkey and Syria. However, this is a fantasy setting and so, priest Gall can call demons with a magic staff. Long time ago he renounced his goddess and now, he serves demons and destroys everything that does not correspond to his ideas about order and justice.
