Here is some of my previous silhouettes. I was looking for differrent kind of electric character. I wanted a character with stilts.
Finaly I decided to take a more medieval character. A priestess of electricity : Brana
My character is a priestess of electricity. The clothes and armor are inspired from the slavic culture.
Her shield is simultaneously her main weapon. It mixes electric technology and traditional eastern country medieval style.
The helmet is based on traditional bride hat from Bulgaria, Poland, Serbia, and other Eastern coutries.
I don't want to give the impression of anachronisme between the character and her technology. The electric logo will be illustred like a
traditional medieval motif to help this. The electricity of her shield comes from copper circuits.
The patterns come from eastern and scandinavian countries. The shape of the shield is inspired from Pavois (rafter shields) mixed with more traditional medieval shields in which
the copper circuits are imbricated. Having a weak armor, the shield has to be big enough to protect Brana, and not too big to attack enemies.
She has a dagger to deffend herself in the case she lost her shield.
