Recent sketches and small redesign. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to completely change the concept sheet, so I had to dance with a silhouette. In short, I slightly changed the proportions of this "cupboard" to more athletic ones.

Great design and composition sketches ( I love the third one, this intentional off-balance do the work) But I don't quite know what element is this character about. Thunders indicate air, but all his posture remind me of heavy earthly golem.

You're right that thunder indicate air. But in my opinion, thunder is something heavy. For example, a window starts to tremble when we heard this sound. It gets scary and I'd like to hide. Imagine a combination of the Hulk and Flash, and everything will fall into place! 
I love the bottom left one, just looks so powerful and works well with his size
I like option C very much , I think it is convenient to work with it
