Our hero is an aquatic deity that can live on land if need be. He fights with super human strength and the ability to manipulate water to his will.
Here's the prelim sketch. Still need to work out some anatomy issues, where I'm going to add marks of interest (tattoos) and some clothing and armor of sorts.

One idea would be to think were your deity is located or living.
For example if he/she is located in Greece you could detail the markings/tattoos/clothing/armor based on that Mythology.
