Someone that would be spoken about in fictional French fairy tales. Once a proficient fencer that was slain in battle, yet tales tell that they can still be seen fighting on the battlefield.

My first couple sketches. I want to make it seem very magical and pretty, which i hope to achieve by making it so the character's skin is transparent in a way so that their bone structure are visible through the skin.

I'm trying a couple different types of design, from a slim to a thick design, just to see what would work. Id love for the skin to have a certain glitter type of material just for that extra magical touch.

I've been working on it on and off lately, but i have tried making a little progress, so here it is. I liked the impale concept simply cuz i like the way it looks, but i feel like maybe the French aspect isn't very prominent yet.

Wanted to try fixing it by coloring it, but i don't know how much that has done tbh. However, I do like the skin, its very pretty and in the finalized drawing I'm confident it's gonna look cool! I don't know if i like the more blue-ish or green skin color more, let me know what you think!
