Which one is right?
A) We may submit 1- 2D & ALSO 1- 3D
(meaning 2 entries-total)
or
B) We must select EITHER 2D, or 3D category
(meaning 1 entry-total)

You only do ONE entry, which will either be a 2D piece OR a 3D piece. That part is up to you. Just make sure to follow the guidelines for the category you pick

The one thing I am unclear on, is, are our heroes fighting other countries heroes? or can it be any kind of threat?

Hi! A question. This might make the rules a little more confusing, but I still wish to know:

Can one depict a warrior of a country/culture that is within another country? Example: A Catalonian warrior, a Scottish warrior, a Sami warrior, a Navajo warrior, etc.

Well, Poland is a pretty country with very rich history (but you know that already). Sorry to hear that you're uncomfortable to represent it. (But as an Ukrainian I can clearly understand why: both government "backwardness" and sometimes imperialistic complexes). Just want to share my vision that this modern problems it's a small glitches on long and shiny history you can be proud of. I'm completely understand you and not trying to push you into this contest, just talking here)

@midnightmoon-shortline since it's Art World War, the heroes would be going against other heroes. However, you are free depicting your hero fighting nearly anything, as other heroes could have various helpers or minions etc.
Just please don't use another contestant's hero design in your artwork.

Hi everyone!
My country (Slovenia) seems like is not eligible. I understand there might be limitations for some countries, but we are part of the European union and all and I am just wondering if it's really possible our country is so backwards that we are not eligible ?
I do have a friend from Italy who could enter for me. But would that mean I can enter with my own account (and in the unlikely event I were to win something, it would be sent to their address), or does the entry have to be submited from their account from the beggining?
Thank you for creating this challenge, will be tuning in either way to see all the amazing art from this community!

The eligibility is based on a country's import and contest laws - unfortunately we can't do anything about it, even though we would love to include every country in the world.
