Thanks cedricgo! I went through a bunch of thumbnails till I found a few that I liked and a friend helped point out a few things to push or change the angle. I just focused on finding those nice silhouettes!

A D&D character idea I have for an upcoming game a friend is running. An ego-centric rockstar wizard.
I've been diving in a book about building up concept artwork portfolio and expanding one's creative mind. Started work on the first project that involves creating a skeleton and designing at least 3 creature skins that uses the same skeleton. Bonus points for extra creatures. So I decided to go with a camel skeleton, and pushing myself to do the max of each project, in this case 12. So the first image is all my iterations and thumbnails .And here's my 12 that I'll move forward with. I JUST finished gathering all of my reference for the 12. So now to expand on these thumbnails to full sketches in detail and structure. Hope you like the WIPs!

So a question to all of you lovelies out there. What are your top 3 favourite choices for colour for this bird creature? I'm taking a tally and the top 3 I'll render up as best I can.
It's pretty hard to pick only 3 to be honest. Part of it would depend of the environment it lives in.
Personnally, I think my picks would be 6, 8 and 12.
Thanks @cedricgo ! I totally agree on the environments, and something I should really think more of for doing the concept stuff, at least describing what I see. I looked at this more of different "breeds" which are in different locations. It makes me feel good that many had a tough time picking only three. These ended up being the most voted in the end. I'm looking forward to polishing these ones up in the coming week. I'll be sure to update here.

Sculptember day 5. Portrait. Feeling MUCH better with this one compared to the past 2 days of sculpts. Another I want to finish later for sure and spend a lot of time on it.
