So, Im not quite sure what to work on here to make it look I suppose more realistic. This is going to be my annual drawing to commemorate me starting my digital drawing adventure I started a year ago. I really want this one to stand out, so any advice would be great.

 I enjoy incorporating WLOPs style of drawing into my paintings since they are pretty cool and interesting. I guess I feel like im lacking in details/ a focal point(although it feels like it should be Archer). This is also my first post on these forums, so nice to meet you all.

Welcome to the forums. Glad to have you.
A few recommendations I can give you is to use reference for the faces, as well as the underneath anatomy of both characters. Those are the biggest things I notice in the piece that you can work on right away.
Get the anatomy looking good first, then move onto clothing and the other materials the character are wearing.
