I love these, especially the landscapes!
i was cleaning my room when my head suddenly created a world that i actually like, sadly i have only like 8 hours a week at best for digital painting, so the process will be long and slow TT
heres the first tribe? of my island, the farmers who provide the whole nation? food and timber, ill probably create a sketchy view of my island and name it next, then work on another tribe and then move on, cuz i wanna tackle all animals and props consecutively, jumping from one to another, so far ive come up with abt 7 different tribes? and other thingies, so so exited abt this
That makes me feel better about my own schedule TT
Its immensely inspiring to see someone with so little time create a lot
I've always complained about not having enough time even tho I have more than 8 hrs a week to draw, this puts some more perspective into my life..
These designs look great!
i might be slow but im steady aight xdno actually ive got lots of school work and training and even burned out but managed to finish a sheet of my island, landscapes are still my weak point but i think doing these small scale detail paintings was the first time i actually enjoyed doing landscapes from imaginationi wish i could progress faster but i guess what matters is that im happy with what im doing so : D
these are really cool!!
had some fun painting these : D
wow the devils are so interesting! nice paintings
Oh I love the devils! Look very interesting and unsettling
I like how yoo manage the values of the protrait
long time no see xdsum stuff ive painted/drawn/sketched in these past weeks
eyyyy welcome back! these look great!
hey, lots of reference paintingsim starting to kinda like environments, atleast when painting off of a reference, but its hard to imagine how am i supposed to choose all the colors etc painting from imagination xdand i found out i can only feel motivated to paint 1 painting for a week, so when i cant finish it within that time im kinda screwed TTalso i kinda feel like my paintings look a little lazy? idk if its cuz i at some point get tired of them or...i do like the painterly foggy look and enjoy painting more scribbly or sum but im not sure its right, they are definitely meant to be looked from afar, maybe its the traditional art student in me xd
Oh these look great!
im pretty happy with these, design-wise not the most interesting i guess, but they are side characters so whatever xd, technique-wise i feel like im making progress with every painting latelyi found out i like unsaturated muddy colors, im not sure how to make those attractive on my painting tho
I like these a lot!The curve on her rod for carrying fish is nice, shows the weight of her haul.I'm digging the unsaturated palette as well. I think if the darks went just a bit darker it would really make the pieces pop though.
Nah, I wouldn't say they look lazy exactly. When comparing your building on the river bank (looks incredible by the way) with the two landscapes above it I do see a big difference though. The river building has a lot of crisp clean edges where the other ones don't. I think if you went over them and defined a focal point with clean edges they would feel much more complete. As they are now they just seem out of focus.Awesome work all around! Keep it up!
i see what u mean, thanksss
woah long time no see, ive been really struggling with time management, trying my best to get on it tho, meanwhile ive worked on multiple paintings and nothing worked out so i changed my mindset and got this one ready, its the best ive done but somethings still missing...
eyyy glad to see you around again! this looks amazing!
how long did it take?
thanks, way too long xdprobs like only 6 hours if i just count the time that i actually was working focused, but like 3 months in real time xdd
can relate LMAO
