I have uploaded a video to my product for a view weeks now and it still says that it is processing...The other files are working fine.

I am well under the 16 gb limit for each product size (2gb) I can confirm the video file is not corrupted. Id like to know what is the issue here. Is there a limit to the individual video file size that I can upload to cubebrush?

I know this isn't the correct place to post this issue but I have not gotten a response from contact and customers are asking for their product.
